Product features
- Three-chamber aluminum system for the construction of windows with increased thermal insulation, meeting the requirements of the Passive House Certificate for structures with thermal insulation Uw < 0.8 W/m2K
- The system is designed to meet the highest thermal requirements for display and window buildings in Poland, Europe and the world. It meets all the requirements for elements used in passive construction. The Genesis 90 system is certified by the Passive House Institute in Darmstadt (PHI)
- The solution uses a 55 mm high chambered thermal break, made of material with increased thermal insulation properties
- 3 thermal variants available: - standard (without thermal insulation) - version "i", thermal insulation around the glass - version "i+" with thermal insulation inside the profiles and around the glass
- Central seal available in 2 versions: standard and equipped with a thermal insert (made of heat-protective XPET material)
- Narrow profiles with glazing bars 15 mm high available

- The system offers a large number of frame profiles, wings, mullions adapted to the static requirements
- Maximum height of window sashes is 3 m, maximum weight of sashes 180 kg
- Different types of under-window profiles integrated with window sills available, possibility of using concealed drainage of frames, sashes and lintels
- Wide range of different types of extensions; available reinforcements tightened or integrated into profiles, expansion profiles
- The possibility of using fittings under the "euro-roof", with the hinged part visible or hidden, compatible with hardware available on the market from reputable companies
- Available profiles with groove for PVC hardware (9 mm axis and 10 mm axis, for hardware available on the market)
- Minimized number of accessories during prefabrication; ability to crimp or bolt corners; availability of presses to facilitate/accelerate production
- Possibility to use any angle solutions: variable angle profiles available, diagonal, all-glass corners, etc.
- Solution compatible with sunscreens from the Aliplast range: roller blinds, shutters (Sunfas), zip screen
- The system offers dedicated solutions for specific requirements of European markets (e.g., Dutch frames, frames with concealed drainage, French renovation solutions, narrow moving post)
